How big are the crates?
Each crate is 27" long × 17" wide × 12" tall and holds up to 50 lbs. Roughly equivalent to a medium-large cardboard moving box. Attached lid, stackable, water-resistant.
Is there a deposit?
No upfront deposit. A card stays on file only for the rare cases of lost or heavily damaged crates ($35 each). Normal wear and tear from a regular move is always included — no surprise charges.
What if I need them longer than 7 days?
Easy. Extra weeks are $19.99 each. Add it during booking or text us mid-rental and we'll extend on the spot.
Do you handle office & commercial moves?
Yes — from 10-person startups to 200+ desk relocations. We offer volume pricing, net-30 invoicing, security seals, and weekend delivery. Request a custom quote and we'll respond within 4 business hours.
Do you sanitize them between moves?
Every single one. Commercial-grade disinfectant, full wipe-down, then air-dried before they go out again.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancel 7+ days before delivery for a full refund. 50% refund if you cancel 2–6 days before. No refund within 48 hours. Reschedule free 48+ hours before delivery; $25 rescheduling fee within 48 hours.
